Product: HP Pro 3130 SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The video card (ATI Radeon HD 4550 512k) has become unstable - occasional reboots required and this morning I couldn't boot up (2 short, 1 long beeps).

I see HD 4550 cards are available on eBay. Can I assume they will all fit my SFF desktop, please?

I see no reason to think they would not fit and preform as the original card.  Just make sure it has the low-profile bracket.  I see many are labeled as HP stock, so even better.  Have a look see at the old one and then compare that to the one being advertised.  I see they are inexpensive - less than $15 US and free shipping.  Some are claimed to be new.
