Hi,

How does one go about getting schematics for the HP 27xi monitor? Need to repair three control boards that have issues with the LED backlight driver circuitry. Please direct me to the correct board if this isn't it. Thanks!

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I seriously doubt you will be able to get the information you want.  HP is not going to release schematics of their proprietary hardware to the general public; to get that information, you would have to be an HP Service Center, which (since you are asking US for that information), you apparently are not.

You could try contacting HP Customer Support directly to see if they will help -- but I doubt they will:

If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1

If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836
