Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I bought msi gt 730 gddr5 1gb.
And i already inserted it in my computer then when i turn it on its just hp logo only and after 1-2 mins it will turn into black but my system unit is still on.
And when i pull up the video card and put the vga to the motherboard it works properly.
I dont know what im going to do.
I need your help..

Hi,

 

  • Firstly you need to check power supply unit (PSU). Does PSU in your computer have enough power to run new video card.
  • Secondary you need to check BIOS for BOTH computer and the new video card, does BIOS on your computer support new card ?

Your machine only has 250W PSU

and the GT 730 needs minimum 300W.

You need new PSU first.

Okay so i willl buy psu that has 300w . Ill update you.
One more thing is the gt730 gddr5 is compatible in my computer?
