2016-12-13.pngif iam pressing done then after few minutes it again appears on screen . if closing this again after minutes it appears ! need really solution

Hi:

 

See if this works...

 

Open the Windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'.  From the new layout, select Programs and Features, and let the list populate.

 

If the HP Welcome program is listed here, right click the entry, and select Uninstall.
