I am sorry.

DDU is Display Driver Uninstaller. 

I installed the drivers from Geforce website. Still no sucess..

When I boot on Ubuntu, drivers seems working fine (I tested through some GPU benchmarks and I got very good results, so I assumed GTX1060 is working well).

Still no luck on windows "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

From a bit of research, it appears that you are not alone in having problems with the Asus GTX 1060 Turbo card.  

 

I would consider returning the card and going on a different route with the video card upgrade. that is what RMA is for.
