No don't have a password reset disc

If you did not create that specific disk while/after installing Windows, you don't have one - there is no "generic" disk.

 

Try a different keyboard, to see if your keyboard is not sending the correct characters when you type your password.

 

Then, on another computer, Google-search for "Nordahl offline password".

Follow the directions to create a "bootable" CD-R.

Boot your computer from this CD-R, and follow the on-screen instructions to "blank" the password.

Reboot your computer from your 'C:' drive.

When asked for the password, just press ENTER.

Set a new password.
