Bank Fraud forces number change

With the amount of Bank Fraud, I am surprised that this is so poorly handled by HP. My ACCOUNT at my Credit Union was fraudulently debited. In response the Credit Union closed the account, and opened me a new one. So, now I am contacting all the direct debits and giving them the new account number. however, Hewlett-Packard Instant Ink does not appear to have a way to do this. They assume you want to pay by credit card. Note only my bank ACCOUNT  number is changing, not the routing number.
