Instaink not getting info from the printer. Based on other posts I saw of people with similar issues I tried

  • Disconnecting the printer and then connecting back after 60 seconds
  • Disabling and then re-enabling web services

Instaink page still not seeing updates from the printer after doing the above

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer:

 

To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.

 

Once done, do try connecting to the Wi-Fi.

I figured out the issue. I had replaced the printer and the site still had to old printer. I had to replace the printer in the site and it is now working.
