Hello,

 

I’m on an HP Instant Ink plan for 50 pages a month. At the moment, I’ve got 29 roll-over pages from last month and I might have some rolling over from this month too. I wanted to check that if I pause my plan so that I don’t pay for next month, will I be able to use up my rollover pages? Or will those rollover pages be held and I won’t be able to print while the plan is paused? It doesn’t seem clear at all from what I’ve found online. I don't want to cancel the plan, just not pay more next month when I won't need those pages because I've got rollover left to use.

It seems like your HP printer is configured to work with HP Instant Ink. I will need a few additional details to help you with this.

 

I request you to share all the details in a private message.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
