Yes, I have the alignment page in a .pdf file but it won't attach to this message as I get the error code "invaild file type" when I browse and try to insert.

Could you scan as JPEG and then attach it.

Hello, 

 

There seems to be a Print Quality Issue.

 

Please try the below steps ...

On the printer control panel,
1> touch Settings, then
2> touch Tools, then
3> touch Clean Printhead / Cartridge

 

The printer would prrint a  Print Quality Diagnostic page, check if all the color blocks are solid and does not have any streaks. If there are streaks in the color boxes ( including Black Box ), perform the above steps not more than 3 times.

Here is result of print clean (ran 3 times).  Ran alignment again but still won't scan alignment page.

As you can see, the far left print area does not print fully or cleanly.

Try the clean Print head/  cartridge once more, 

 

Then try to align the ink cartridges, am sure it should work.

Hello, 

 

It seems that Black is not being printed in Alignment Page, due to which alignment process is not being successful.

 

I'd suggest you to ignore the Alignment and continue printing.

When ever the printer prompt to Align, you may press the Cancel button and continue printing.

Thanks for all of you help and time. I am having printer cleaned/serviced  as I need it to print all of page correctly.
