Hi mteim,
If you are unable to print the configuration page from the printer this indicates a hardware issue with the printer.
Do you have an extended warranty on this printer?
HP designed a quick and easy tool that diagnoses and resolves many hardware problems: The HP Hardware Diagnostic Utility. These hardware problems can prevent printing, scanning, or copying. HP recommends that you download and install the Hardware Diagnostic Utility any time you need to troubleshoot a hardware problem.
Let me know what errors you receive?

Hi,
No, I don't have extended warranty on this printer. I thought HP printers are really good and I don't have to buy extra warranty.
I tried HPPSdr.exe and it says everything is ok and there was check marks for everything. Then I tried the printing test page. The page is sent to the printer but the same action, it shows printing document but it does not print.

Color Laserjet CP1518ni suddenly out of alignment...did factory reset, now my ink level messages are screwed up too. Horrible alignment, nothing works. What is on sale that is not HP today!
Have tried every solution on the internet...nothing works. Was fine one day, screwed up the next.
