Product: Color Laser Jet MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got this new printer today.  Already I am sorry I bought it.  Too complicated to set up.  It replaced an Epson Desk Jet which was VERY user friendly.  Support staff is quite dismissive.

 

I tried to print a greeting card with a colored background and white printing.  It printed sort of okay, but the printing was black and unreadable.  

 

Any ideas?

Simply take it back for a refund and buy something else.
