Product: Laserjet M1132 MFP TWAIN

Printer cannot print out from the computer and cannot scan into the computer.

How do i solve the issue? It has been working properly before.

After reading the article: HP LaserJet Pro Printers and Multifunction Printers - HP Smart Install Discontinuation; I saw my printer is no longer supported, i have tried downloading latest installation software and install it but it is not working.

after downloading all necessary softwares for the printer: M1132 MFP, it works the problem had been resolved.

New Printer Communication Cable is required.
