Is there a feature for secure printing that will force all users to enter a pin prior to their job being printed?  We are in a virtual office where multiple companies share a wifi network where the printer is connected.  From time to time we receive large print jobs from another company.  I was hoping there was a feature as such to remedy this. I also though of setting the printer on a different wifi network. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi mskimalim,

There is not a native way to setup secure printing with a pin on the M475.  This feature was first introduced natively on the M477 series.  You can try using the "HP Private Print" application under the "Apps" section.  You will need to first register for an HP JetAdvantage account.

Let me know if this helps.
