We started receiving  amessage that the duplex module needs to be replaced and we purchased and replaced it. After installation I went into the settings and reset the duplex counter, however the message that we need to replace it keeps popping up after every printed page and you can not print additional pages if you do not click "Ok" in agnoledgement that you nee to replace the duplex. I am out of ideas, I have reset the printer, unplugged, restrated, nothing is working. Please help me resolve this. Thanks

At about 1:25 the video describes how to access the system configuration menu to reset the counter.
