Hi there i have the same issue as this post.

I have a problem with an HP officejet 250 Mobile All-in-one, in the initial setup at the "Printer Setup Environment", I chose the IT option and inadvertantly disabled wireless. There seems to be no way to get it back! A full factory reset or pulling the battery doesn't help.
In the thread the solution was:
Hello,
No options for WiFi or network settings were visible in the display.
Thanks to telephone support, the printer was reset via a semi-full reset and all configuration options (WiFi and network) are available again.

I was unable to find a factory reset except for the "pro" version. It probably will not work.
