Printer was working fine till we had our cable company differentiate our 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz to connect to smart devices - I set the printer on the 2.4ghz network.  Tried computer on 2.4 & 5.0 neither will print.

Went thru all the trouble shooting - Resetting printer - resetting router - Deleting printer from network and adding it back - but getting this message

Unable to connect to ‘Photosmart D110 series [57A58E]._ipp._tcp.local.’ due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?

Any help would be apprecaited

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

What's the make and model of your WiFi router?

Approximately how far is the printer located from the WiFi router?

Could you also perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility and let me know the results. Use the printer IP address to perform a ping test.

Recently I upgraded my WiFI modem and since the printer  is not recognized by the computer.  I think that I have to connect it to the Intenet but I don't known how. My printer is wireless Photsmart D110 series(2).

Thank you for posting on HP Forums, I'd like to help.

Running a wireless setup wizard on the printer is the easiest way to connect the printer to your home WiFi. Let's try these steps:

1.) Press the Wireless button on the front of the printer.

2.) Touch the Right Arrow button () to select Wireless Settings, and then touch OK.

3.) Touch the Right Arrow button to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then touch OK.

Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home WiFi.
Let me know how it goes!
