Ho, i have the same problem. When i open HP Smart app in my Android Device, i try to log in, I enter my username and password, and then appears that the page is taking too many seconds to redirect, and the error message comes out. I have a HP envy 4508. WiFi network is ok, The printer is also properly connected to the WiFi network. I never had the problem. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app from playstore But the problem persists
