I recently had to obtain a new modem/router from my Internet provider.  This has affected my Wireless printer.  When I try to set it up for Wireless again it says it can't find a Network IP address from the router.

Hi,

In this case probably printer could have been connected to different network disconnnect printer from that network and try connecting to your network.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Thank you for your reply.  I did that however the IP address it shows is not the same as what the printer itself shows.

My printer worked fine until a couple of weeks ago when the network changed to needing no password for devices to hook up to it. Now I can't connect. The printer sees the network but asks for a password and I can't get past that screen without one. Help! I really need my printer!
