Hello and thanks for your Help.

 

I have bought this notebook and i have other 2 question:

 

1 backlit keyboard :  the backlit keyboard seems that there is no even if indicated in the technical specifications

 

2 microfone: The microphone does not work; I had never tried the microphone.

I tested it with Skype (OS windows 10)

I updated the drivers.

Nothing

Could you please help my?

Hey, Marty. Thanks for posting. I suggest you follow the steps to resolve both the issues.

 

Keyboard backlight: Press the “fn” key and simultaneously hold the” Spacebar”. Then press “F5” to turn the backlight on/off. Or simply press “fn” key and “F5” key to turn the backlight on/off.

 

I also suggest you follow the “HP PCs - Resolving Microphone Problems (Windows 10, 😎” and reply back.
