Hello!

The HP support can't help me by phone. Someone will help me, may be. My notebook has 2 speakers. I can hear the right channel in right side, but the left channel in middle (not left side). Is it engineers solution or troubble?

Thanks in advance.
P.S. This is my notebook - http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP+ENVY+15-aq100+x360+Convertible+PC/12499186/model/13556136?jum...

Hi@EvgenyJr,

Thanks for stopping by HP Support Forums.

I came across your post and would like to help.

You need information about the internal speakers on your PC. Is that, correct?

The speakers are known as Bar speakers which are like 2 speakers integrated into one box.

Due to design constraints, sometimes the speaker bars are placed to one of the sides instead if the middle of the PC.

I hope both the speakers are working fine on the PC. If you still face any issues, I request you to elaborate for an accurate solution.

Hope this answers your question. Feel free to reply back for more.
