HP Pavillion 13-2192nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just recently, my HP Pavillion 13-s192-nr started making weird crackling, explosionlike sounds whenever I try to play a video on YouTube or anything else. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hello @Saskatchewanian,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums!

I have read your post and want to help you resolve the speaker issue on your HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s192nr. This is most likely driver relateed but it could be hardware as well.

Have you tried audio that wasn't from an online source? Does it do the same thing?

Does this happen at various volume levels?

If you plug in headphones or earbuds into the aux port, does this issue persist?

To begin troubleshooting, please perform a hard reset. Once the computer is back on, follow this audio troubleshooting document:

HP Notebook PCs - No Sound from Speakers

I look forward to the results! If this information has been useful, click the thumbs up!
