hp pavilion dm4-3099se

I have a HP Pavilion dm4-3099se beats edition laptop . sometimes when i switch on my laptop then no audio from any player. i changed players but problem not solved. i reinstalled my audio drivers from hp website but its still occurs. please help me solve this issue

I read your post about the audio issue, and wanted to assist you!  I understand that when you start the notebook sometimes, there is no sound.

 

First, try reviewing the following document that is related to your Operating System, and let me know how it goes:

HP Notebook PCs - No Sound or Distorted Sound from Speakers (Windows 10)

HP Notebook PCs - No Sound from Speakers (Windows 😎

HP Notebook PCs - No Sound from the Speakers (Windows 7)

HP Notebook PCs - Error: No Audio Device is Installed (Windows 8, 7, and Vista)
