Hi there @pavan_014,
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome! I gather that the issue you are having is with your Sound and headphones since the Windows 10 Upgrade.
Please note remove any and all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices, as these could cause some issues.
Although you had already downloaded/updated new drivers, I would suggest trying to uninstall all of the current sound drivers:
- Go to the Device Manager
- Click on Sound, video, and game controllers
- Right click on the Sound driver
- Click Uninstall
- Restart your Notebook twice
- Try the speakers
You can use the HP Support Assistant for drivers. Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updating for Windows 10.
Did you happen to try the audio troubleshooter? It might be able to fix your issue automatically.
You can find great troubleshooting steps in the No Sound from Speakers document as well as the Resolving Headphones and Headset Problems. This document has more troubleshooting steps that may be helpful.
Please follow these provided troubleshooting steps, re-post and let me know the detailed results of the troubleshooting.
Thank you!
Have a great day!
