Pavilion TouchSmart 14z-f000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Music playback is very poor via bluetooth devices.  Music plays fine through the laptop speakers, however if I try to use my bluetooth speaker or music receiver the sound quality is poor at best and the music skips.  My iPhone and iPad play well through both devices.  All of my music is on my computer.  I would like to play directly from here.  Any suggestions?

I read your post about the Bluetooth issue, and wanted to assist you!  I understand that the Bluetooth device will pair, but the sound quality is not sufficient.

 

You can try updating the Bluetooth drivers for your notebook.  However, your product does not seem to have Windows 10 drivers, on the HP site.  This may be why you are having some issues.  You can find drivers for your product here: 

Drivers - HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14z-f000 CTO Sleekbook

 

If you are still having trouble, then try uninstalling the Bluetooth driver, and restart the notebook.  Please let me know the results.
