The notebook does not run boot, hp internal diagnosis has the following result:
product ID: G6U36UA#ABL
fault ID: 9C0D5W-79T84K-MFPV6K-60VG03
I request guidance about how to proceed to solve this failure

If the diagnostics listed a hard drive failure, you will need to replace the hard drive with a like unit. After replacing the hard drive, you will need to use the HP Recovery Media you created when you first setup your computer to return it to a factory like state. If you didn't create this media, please see DVD - Windows 8.1 64b (Dual Language) + Supp 2 Recovery Kit to order the media.
Please see HP ENVY 17 Notebook PC / HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC - Maintenance and Service Guide for instructions on replacing the hard drive.
