Hello everybody,
I am a new Hp laptop user so I need your help, I would like to thank you for your time reading and helping me with this issue.
Yesterday, I updated the bios according to Hp SoftPaq Download Manager recommendation. The progress succed and the outcome of this action made my laptop boot really slowly. At the first time, it just needed 10 seconds to boot into windows 10 compared to more than two minutes after updating bios.
I have already searched google for help but it still does not work originally.
Please help me with your experience about this, I extremely appreciate all your help.
Best wishes,

Presuming this PC came with Win10 presinstalled, all I can guess at this point is the the FastStartup default setting is conflicting with the new BIOS version. This is a new form of hibernation that is supposed to speed up your booting process but in some cases, it actually slows it down.
There are two ways to disable FastStartup in Win8/10; (1) through the Control Panel, and (2) through an elevated command prompt.
Control Panel - Open Control Panel --> Power Options.
Select "Choose what the power buttons do"
Select "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
At the bottom of the Window, under Shutdown settings, uncheck the box regarding fast startup
Elevated command prompt - run the following command:
REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power" /V HiberbootEnabled /T REG_dWORD /D 0 /F
In both cases, reboot Windows.
If this doesn't fix it, then there is something else at play and while this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about diagnosing and repairing your machine remotely.
I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet and do the needed repairs.
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!

However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on the weekend, so you may have to wait until Monday to contact them.

Good Luck
