HP Stream

I am at a loss with this Disable Code on HP Stream. For normal BIOS, no problem. I would normally reboot from USB or disk but not with the Stream. I have a Disable Code 59010962. Can someone help with this?

In addition, I noticed a lot of postings on this with Solved Solutions. Fantastic. My question is "How do I get a copy of the Reference Codes so I can do the same?"  The reason I ask is that I clean up computers for a local Pawn Shop. Normally I would use a USB or Recovery Methods for Windows 10 but this baffling me.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Respectfully,

John
