Do not know what the administrator password is so unable to login into computer

I have a HP Paviion and forgot the passwords including the administrator password - am I able to get these details?

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 times.

Reboot and when asked for the password enter   22683061

Ok so that seems to have been able tfor me to change the password so thanks but now when the message in a blue box that says enter Administrator password - which I enter the new one set.

I know get the following message "Selected boot image did not Authenticate. Press enter to continue" if I do this it turns the machine off? Can you help?
