On my H.P. Envy 15 j100 select non touch the simple pass kicks back a message saying, a referral was returned from the server. What does that mean and how do I do I fix it. I already tried to reinstall the drivers, but the message still pops up.

As I understand the HP Simple pass isn't working as it should due to the error message-"referral was returned from the server",
