Hey there! @Pkanani, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you need to know how to turn off ACPI on your PC.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Why do need to turn off ACPI on your PC?

I have checked the records and the option to disable ACPI is not available on your PC.

You can't enable AHCI mode if the motherboard BIOS doesn't support it.

Hope this answers your query!

I hope you have a great day! 🙂
