Hi,

        Could you give information on operating system on the unit and the model details of the unit.

Since you wil be able to reset the password of administartor if your are using Windows XP. Other than this if you are using any other operating system like Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 or Windows 10, then you have to reinstall the Operating system.

I HAVE A PROBOOK 4520 LAPTOP THAT I HAVE NOT USED FOR YEARS.  I REINSTALLED THE WINDOWS XP AND NOW ITS ASKING FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSORD.  I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS, TRIED EVERYTHING.  IS THERE A WAY TO GET PASSED THIS?

I KNOW A FEW PEOPLE HAVE SAID THEY GOT A CODE ONCE A PASSWORD WAS ENTERED WRONG A FEW TIMES, MINE JUST KEEPS GOING BACK TO THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD SCREEN HELP!
