Product: hp 15- e189nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have a hp 15 -e189nr locked in a adminstrator password that wont let me factory recover. I get the error number 52324017 and it wont let me factory recover with f11 or can i get to the boot option by tapping escape. i do have a operating system disk for win 10 but cant even get to boot options past the admin password pop up.
