Ok so I've had this computer for a good year, and I do admit I am a bit clumsy and I drop my computer, not from a high place or anything but maybe about 5 ft fall but still after some falls it was still working I think I had dropped it one time before I went to school and when I got home I turned it on then it started acting laggy and it was my wifi then I proceeded to turn it off and turn it back on after that day whenever I try to boot it up I hear clicking in the computer and it just stays at a black screen with no cursor and if I'm lucky it will take me to a screen saying Error something isn't connected I've had my neighbor who looks at computers try to look at it but he said there's a screw that can't be unscrewed and I'm thinking he didn't try so Ive come here to figure out what to do can someone please!!!! Help me.

It’s probably possible that your hard drive is damaged due to the computer drop down. I would suggest you to take out your hard drive from your system and check it into other system to know that whether it is working properly or not. If it doesn’t work fine, then you need to replace your hard drive to boot your system properly. Thanks!!
