Product: Elitebook 8560w Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Occasionally on startup the screen freezes before the Microsoft Logo when the screen shows the battery in the bottom right hand corner and the words,  ' Press any key to ................  ' but this does not do anything.  I have to, several times, remove the battery and re-insert.
