Whenever i turn on the laptop the booting screen loads for a while and then gets stuck at that HP logo boot screen however after 1-2 minutes the blue screen of death appears and the laptop restarts , the laptop takes more time to start up as compared to earlier as i have an ssd in it so it's kinda frustrating first that hp boot screen then loading screen then that please wait screen . I'll be really thankful if someone helps me with this issue

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your laptop that is not powering on.

Please follow the steps below to perform an extensive system test to confirm if the hardware is working fine.

 

1) Shut down the computer.

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to the system test > extensive test

 

If the hardware is working fine. Please follow the steps below to perform a Reset.

 

1) Shut down the computer.

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Select the F11 key to enter the recovery environment.

4) On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.

4) "Reset your PC" to erase all data and restore your system.

5) From here just follow the screen instructions until the recovery is completed.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link for reference and let me know if that fixes the issue.
