Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I've entered everything I know and nothing is working. I'm getting this error message:

 

Fatal error occured

CNU93889FQ

 

Or something along those lines. CNU93889FQ is the number it gave me so I hope that helps.
