I am having a problem with the bios password to get into the laptop that I bought from a friend. He to was having this issue. I wanted to know if there is a back up password I can put in for it to open up. Thank you I pray some one can help me

You are AMAZING. Thank you so much. One more question if its not to much trouble should I write that password down. This screen has  SETUP UTILITIES. What should I do next to get to the windows part. I need to erase everything on the hard drive and refresh for my info
