Product: hp laptop

Hi we bought second hand laptop not sure make and model but all was good until we let someone use it and they put admin password start up pass word on it the code they said it was is not and we keep getting system disabled 50182013 can anyone please help unlock as it has all info if not please tell how to reset would prefer not to as it has alot of stuff i can not get back again on it
