We upgraded today to a Hp 15 notebook, it has been on charge for a while and does not want to switch on at all.
The power light is on, the charging light was red... Turned blue after a while and the caps lock light keeps flashing... But still the screen does not want to come on, there's also no sound of the machine running... Can anyone please advise?

Hi,
My best advice, considering this is a brand new machine with what looks like a hardware issue, would be to take it back to the retailer it was purchased from and get a replacement.

Hi,
