hpelite.jpgAfter system booted up One white popup has been appears on the screen only two lines saying

 

" Your system has been locked please contact the United Help Desk at 1-888-848-3375
Please reference KI ID 103232 FOR PROPER ROOUTING"

 

ITS A WHITE SCREEN LIKE NOTEPAD OPENS FULLSCREEN.. only two lines as above..

 

it is white screens totally locked up. Even if we start windows in safemode we cannot access the system.

 

 

Why this problem came.. How can solve this problem....

I do also have the same exact thing, but with an HP Elitebook 840 instead running Windows 10.

 

Did you bought it second hand? 

 

Because it may be owned by an enterprise company issuing laptops that forgot to remove the Anti-Theft security into it. Actually if you called the number, it owns to the United Health Group Support Center.
