I was trying to start up my hp laptop yesterday but once it got past the hp logo it couldn’t start up windows 10 so I did a system diagnostic and a few seconds into doing the system diagnostic it said Failure ID: 631K9K-9B79MV-MFPW2K-60SQ03, and I don’t know what part failed the system check. Oh and my product number is 1LU53AV, and I’m using a HP ProBook 450 G5 Base Model Notebook PC.

The error code is hard disk failure. If you are still in warranty HP will replace it. If not you can use a retail drive-either a 2.5" Mobile SATA hdd or PCIe NVMe. Maintenance and Service Guide is here:
You can make a Windows installation usb flash drive to install on a new drive using the free Media Creation Tool from Microsoft:
