system disabled at bios

i disabled admin password by clearing in the bios set up after installing windows 8.1.my power on password was not cleared but now i can't login bios although i still remember the power on password. I appreciate your help thanks

Do you receive a halt code if you hit enter 3 times at the password screen?

Hi,

Can you post back with the following details.

1.  Did the code from my previous post clear the power on password Ok?

2.  Shutdown the notebook. Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu.  Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the tests on the Hard Drive.  Post back with the results, including any error codes that may be generated.
