Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a folder named "cfrbackup-NALCCTNL" in my largest drive and it is not giving me permission to access it even though i am admin. what has to be done? will it cause any data leakage or piracy or access my laptop? is it anyharm to my pc?

Thanks for becoming a member of the HP Support Forums. I understand you have a question about a file on your computer. I would like to assist you today with resolving this issue.

 

The file cfrbackup-NALCCTNL is not part of any HP software.  When I did a search it shows it is a file from Quickheal antivirus and backup program.

 

Please keep me informed of how things went.
