Above are the specs.
15-ac184tu has an i3-5th gen and Intel HD video 4 gigs 1 TB 5400 rpm and a 1366 x 768 screen
15-af008ax has an AMD A-8, integrated video 4 gigs 1 TB 5400 rpm and a 1366 x 768 screen.
It's a pure Intel vs. AMD question so I will go with the 15-ac184tu. Everything else being equal, I would choose the Intel machine. If the AMD is significantly cheaper, I might go that way.
And it is Animal House by the way but many are too young to remember.

Dean Vernon Wormer: Greg, what is the worst fraternity on this campus?
Greg Marmalard: Well that would be hard to say, sir. They're each outstanding in their own way.
Dean Vernon Wormer: Cut the horse***t, son. I've got their disciplinary files right here. Who dropped a whole truckload of fizzies into the varsity swim meet? Who delivered the medical school cadavers to the alumni dinner? Every Halloween, the trees are filled with underwear. Every spring, the toilets explode.
Greg Marmalard: You're talking about Delta, sir.
Dean Vernon Wormer: Of course I'm talking about Delta, you TWERP!

Both are let's say "gaming challenged" with the integrated video. Will play low to mid-range games at low settings maybe. If you want to do real serious gaming then entry point is quite a bit higher in terms of cost.
