Hi
I had a hard drive issue in which my hard drive had failed to work and I have gone ahead a purchased the same 500GB Hard drive. Now After I replace the old hard drive with the new one. How shall I install HP Software and Windows 10 Software on my new hard drive. Please guide.

If you've not created HP Recovery USB after first setup of this notebook, then you need to order HP Recovery USB from HP directly to factory reset OS.

You could also try clean install of Windows 10 Home 64 bit using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating bootable installation USB :

Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet
