2 left side usb port are not work ing after formating the laptops.windows 7(64 bit) was loaded.two usb ports on left side doesnot responding

You probably have to install the applicable usb3 driver.

 

What is the full model number or product number of your g6 notebook?

 

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
