i see this i have looked in the other places like system information and such i see no hardware failure
device manager shows nothing at all
and everything seemds to be working fine
i have done some research on this issue online but all i get are leads to other programs to install

I see you are getting a PCI Express Root Port error. Happy to help.
Have you run a diagnostics on the computer?
Recommend you to run an Extensive test on the computer by booting the computer to F2 system diagnostics on startup. Click here for assistance.
Also, make sure all the drivers are updated using HP Support Assistant. Click here.
Check the startup items on your computer by opening the task manager. Disable any startup items you don't use.
