The idea is to use it just to backup so probably doesnt need any SSD, but im not an expert
So were i can find the exact tipology of disk that fits in my notebook?

Here is the Service Manual:
See p. 44
It would seem the laptop is running the OS from a solid state drive mSATA type or there would not be two open bays for full 2.5 inch wide SATA hard drive.
For pure storage, what you need is a 2.5 inch wide 7mm or 9.5 mm thick SATA laptop drive like this:
That is 1 TB of storage for $60. Also, if you do not have it already you need the hard drive caddy/sled kit to hold the drive in the bay:
Quoting the Manual:
The hard drive bracket, cover, and screws are included in the Hard Drive Hardware Kit, spare part number 734280-001.
The OS will continue to run from the SSD and when you install a blank drive you can initialize it and format it in disk management and have a place for a lot of storage. 2 TB drives are available if you need even more space. Theoretically you could install 2 x 2 TB and have 4 TB of storage. You can make a partition on one of these drives and set up Windows backup/file history to make an image with a system backup at regular time intervals so if the mSSD goes bad you pop in a new one and recover the laptop to exactly the state it was in when last backed up. The rest of the add-in drives you can use for working storage.
