Battery#2 not present and the time of battery is lowered to the half and it restartes suddenly

That model can use a "battery slice" that hooks onto the docking port on the bottom and if installed that is battery #2. They are very rare but you can occasionally find them on eBay. When new if you have that thing and a regular battery you can get 8-10 hours of battery life. Since you do not have one, you have no battery #2. How old is the other battery? They do not last forever and eventually need replacement.

Absolutely. That is a "slice"...I have only ever seen a couple of them.

Around 50 in the warehouse.
